Lucknow: Dilip Mishra, who is imprisoned in Farrukhabad jail, has demanded special security from the Court. It has been said in the application that special security arrangements should be made at the time when he'll go to the court from jail and sent to jail from the court. Dilip has expressed doubts over a cabinet minister getting his murder done. Dilip Mishra, who appeared in the Gangster Court on Monday, said that he had been made the main culprit in an attack on a minister in July 2010, while he was in jail at the time of the incident.

In the application, he expressed concerns that he could get murdered. He has demanded special security arrangements for his hearing in the court and coming back to the jail. The special gangster court of the district court has made a custody warrant of former block chief Dilip Mishra, accused Neeraj Singh alias Akhand Pratap Singh alias Karma Singh alias Annu Pandey in the Gangster Act on Monday. Police brought the escorted group from Fatehgarh jail in Farrukhabad city and presented them in the special court.

The order has been issued by Justice Sanjay Shukla to Special Public Prosecutor Atul Singh Chauhan. The case belongs to the police station industrial area, the police have filed a case against Dilip Mishra, Neeraj Singh under sections two and three of the Gangster Act, the police has submitted criminal history reports on Dilip and Neeraj in the court. Case diary remand form was presented on behalf of the inspector in charge of the case. Also, the investigation of the case is going on continuously.
