Lucknow: Javed Pump, the mastermind behind the violence that broke out in Atala area after The Jumei prayers on June 10 in Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh, has been sent to police custody for two days by a court. Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Amit Kumar passed the order after going through the arguments of prosecution officers Kislay Pandey and Avinash Singh and documents submitted by the police on the pleas of the police. The court has also ordered the police that no third-degree action will be taken in the interrogation.  

The court said the application given by the police is acceptable and ordered to hand over the mastermind of the riots, Javed Pump, to two days' police remand, but the condition is that the police will not take third-degree action in any way. The court said that after Javed is removed from the jail and before admission, medical tests must be conducted on both sides. The police had said in your petition that the investigation of this case is still going on and the interrogation is yet to be done at several points, there is still a lot of evidence to be gathered in the case. Only the accused can recover it, so he should be handed over to police custody.  

Let us know that on June 10, after the Jumei prayers, the Muslim mob had resorted to arson and stone pelting in the Atala area. Javed Pump, a resident of Kareli, was accused of plotting the entire violence. According to the police, several objectionable messages were found from his mobile and several objectionable items, including asalhe, were found from the house. The police will now question Javed Pump for two days.
