Predator prequel Prey: 'Prey' has been ready for streaming on Hulu in the US in 2022. According to media reports, it is set to release premieres on Disney Plus under Starbrand in some international markets and Star Plus in Latin America. Its first look, title and timing of its release have been officially announced at the Disney Plus Day promotional event on Friday.

'PREY' is produced by Jane Myers, and is said to be one of the movies of Twentieth Century Studios. It is directed by Dan Trachtenberg of '10 Cloverfield Lane' fame. Actress Amber Midthunder will be seen playing the role of Naru. According to Disney, she is in desire to prove her worth as a warrior, and certainly, she has had the opportunity to do so. It is not clear whether 'Prey' will be released in theatres or not.

The Predator franchise began in 1987 with the original title of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Since then 5 more titles were released in the franchise, recently directed by Shane Black's 'The Predator' was released in 2018.
