The case is from Jhelum city of Pakistan, where five gunmen barged into the woman's house and raped her. In this case, the police sent the blood sample of the woman to Lahore for examination.

This is not the first case, but a 25-year-old woman was raped by three men in a moving train in Pakistan. According to the media report that is currently coming to light, the accused first assaulted the victim's husband. Then they tied him to a rope and after that, the woman was gang-raped. Police have launched a manhunt for the accused. Earlier, a case of gang rape in the train with a 25-year-old woman was reported. In fact, the woman was going to Karachi, when she was taken to the AC coach by three men, including the ticket checker, who committed the rape.

The three accused in this case have been arrested by the police. The victim, who has been divorced, was returning to Karachi to meet her children when the incident was committed with her. On the other hand, according to the report of the Punjab Information Commission, 2,439 women were raped in the last six months in the province. With this, 90 women have been murdered in honour killings. According to the Pakistan Human Rights Commission, there are about 11 rape cases in Pakistan every day. Police have received 22,000 rape complaints in the last six years (2015-21). According to a report, only 77 of these 22,000 cases were convicted.
