Bagha: 7 villages of Bagha Anumanjal in West Champaran will be resettled in Uttar Pradesh, while 15 villages in UP will be converted into Bihar. In this regard, the Commissioner of Tirhut Division has sent a letter to the Collector of West Champaran, Bettiah and asked him to submit a survey report. According to reports, a total of 15 villages between the two will be transferred to each other. The villages of Bagha which will be established in Uttar Pradesh. These include Bari Sthal, Manjharia, Mazaria Khas, Shripatnagar, Nainha, Bhaisahi and Katki.
In fact, to reach these villages on the border of UP Bihar, one has to enter each other's border and cover a distance of 30 to 40 kilometres. Due to which many development schemes are not able to come down to the ground here. Even in the face of floods, the administration has to face a lot of difficulties in carrying out relief work here. Not only that, the residents also have to set a long distance in their state life for administrative purposes.
At the same time, after the matter came to light, the political turmoil in Bagha has also increased. JDU MLA Rinku Singh said he will meet Seema Nitish Kumar in the case and urge him not to merge villages with Uttar Pradesh and also raise questions in the Assembly if required. The MLA said, "When these villages were in disrepair and development schemes were not reaching here, no one included them in Uttar Pradesh. But when all kinds of schemes are coming here today and the village is upgrading, such correspondence is not correct from anywhere. '
