Hyderabad: A high-level meeting of the Department of Medicine and Health was held in Hyderabad on Monday. It has been decided to vaccinate all government hospitals from Tuesday in corona vaccination centers. Secretary Rizvi ordered the department to make all arrangements for vaccination. Preparations were made to distribute vaccine in 1,034 government centres.

There are 3.30 lakh government and private medical staff in the state. There are 1.40 lakh in government hospitals and 1.90 lakh in private hospitals. 3.84 lakh vaccines reached state and should be planted. Of these, 62,000 vaccines have already been sent to all district headquarters cold chain centres. 1.70 lakh vaccines are being sent from state vaccine centre to 866 cold chain centres and phcs in the districts. TSMSIDC sources said 3.5 lakh corona vaccines will be sent to the state on 21st and 22nd of this month. He said that the medical staff working in private hospitals would be vaccinated.

On Monday, the immunization program was held at 335 centres. Each centre was vaccinated to 16,750 people at 50 each and 13,666 were vaccinated. That is, only 82 percent of the people were vaccinated. By noon in Garhwal district, a total of 250 beneficiaries were vaccinated. A total of 1,821, 595 railway medical personnel in the army were also vaccinated. On the second day, 15 people were sick. None of these serious cases have occurred, and medical services have been provided to those with minor side effects.
