Prayagraj: Preparations have been started for organizing the Magh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The fair is going to be held here for the first time between corona infection. This is going to be the first major religious congregation during the Corona transition. According to an official, all devotees wishing to participate in the Magh Mela in Prayagraj must compulsorily undergo RT-PCR test and bring the negative report of COVID-19. Magh Mela is an annual festival celebrated in the month of Magh (according to the Hindu calendar) on the banks of the river and in Hindu temples.

Ajay Shukla, who was recently deployed for COVID-19 test during the fair, says, 'We are doing corona test of all the policemen and officers who will be deployed here. We are also testing the devotees.' He also said, "Four constables were found positive during the test last Friday, after which they were admitted to a hospital." Devendra Sharma, the fire officer posted on duty during the Magh Mela said, "I have been posted for duty here. I have got a coronavirus test done today, if I come positive in the report, then I will be treated, but if my report comes negative then I will do my service during Magh Mela. ''

During this, Rajesh Kumar, one of the organizers of Magh Mela also spoke. He said, 'The administration is cooperating with us in conducting the fair well. They are helping in the smooth process here. Devotees have been asked to come up with a negative report of a COVID-19 and if they do not take the report, they will be tested here and only then will be allowed entry.
