The mere thought or sight of the delicious Cham-cham, fills our mouth with water.

So we bring to you the quick and easy recipe to your favourite dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 gm Paneer
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon cardamom (ground)
- 200 gm condensed milk
- 1.5 cup sugar
- crush some pistachios
PROCEDURE:
- Boil 4 cups of water on medium flame
- Add sugar, to water. Let it dissolve. Let it turn to a syrup of thin consistency.
- Reduce the flame.
- Mash paneer and maida in a vessel. Shape it into small oval balls.
- After the balls are made, place (drop) them into the vessel containing the sugar syrup. ( gas should be on sim mode).
- Let the sugar syrup cool down.
- Once it reduces to a lower temperature, remove the cham-cham balls
- Place the balls in a serving bowl.
- Take another vessel. In it, pour milk (condensed) and powdered cardamom.
- Spread the mixture over the cham-cham balls, in the bowl.
- Garnish your dessert with pistachios (crushed).
- Place the vessel in the refrigerator. Serve it at a chilled temperature.
