Lucknow: Preparation is being made to sell Former CM Akhilesh Yadav's dream project JP centre. The Lucknow Development Authority has sent a proposal to the UP government to sell JP centre. According to the information. The price has also been fixed at Rs. 83 crores. This JP centre was constructed during the Samajwadi government.

Till now 36 crores has been spent on behalf of the State Government for its construction. The JP centre also has guest houses, dormitory, health centres, restaurants, swimming pools and helipads. It has a capacity hall of 2000 people, while there is an auditorium with a capacity of 1000. The JP centre was constructed between 2012 and 2017.

The guest house at JP Centre has 103 luxury rooms, 7 suites, health centres, restaurants, 7 feet outside hanging swimming pools and helipads. In addition, the Convention Block has a hall of seating capacity of 2000 persons. There is an auditorium of seating capacity of 1000 persons. Apart from these, there are many major seminars. The centre also includes an Olympic size swimming pool, lawn tennis court, squash court. In addition, 1000 trains have multi-level parking. The JP centre is very spectacular.
