The Budget session is going to begin in Parliament today and before its beginning, the President Pranab Mukherjee will address a Joint conference. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, tomorrow will present the Union Budget.

This year in the Union Budget, for the first time Rail Budget is also merged. For the very first time, the budget is presented on February 1 instead of February 28.

It is expected that during it there can be a discussion on Demonetisation, Cashless Transaction, and GST. The opposition parties have already opposed the presentation of the budget on February 1 ahead of the Five states assembly elections.
