New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind will visit Goa from September 5 to 7. The President is on a three-day official visit to Goa. During the visit, he will also attend the Diamond Jubilee programme of Indian Naval Base 'INS Hansa.' The same Goa Information Department reported about his three-day visit on Wednesday. Goa's only report at Dabolim in South Goa operates from INS Hansa Naval Base. In Goa, preparations have already begun to welcome the President.

Earlier, President Ram Nath Kovind had visited Ayodhya city by a special train last Sunday, meaning 29th August. After spending the day in Ayodhya, the President returned to Lucknow at 6 pm by the same train. Earlier, the President had travelled by train from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station to his hometown Kanpur Dehat in June last month.

The same train carrying the President started its journey from Charbagh railway station in UP capital Lucknow at 9.39 am and reached Ayodhya station at 11:27 am. The President was received by UP CM Yogi Adityanath and senior northern railway officials on his arrival at Ayodhya railway station. It is an honour and greatness for the Indian Railways to host these two railway tours for the first citizen of India.
