New Delhi: Today the budget session of Parliament began with the address of President Ram Nath Kovind. When the President Ram Nath Kovind's speech mentioned the successful completion of the Zilla Parishad elections and the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council elections in Jammu and Kashmir for the first time after independence, it was strongly greeted by all the Members of Parliament.
In his address, the President mentioned the efforts of the Central Government's Vande Bharat Mission, improvement in world tourism ranking and DBT.
