President, Vice President, PM Modi greet people of Sikkim on Statehood Day

NEW DELHI,: On Sikkim's 47th Statehood Day, the President, Vice President, and Prime Minister greeted the people.
President Ram Nath Kovind wrote on Twitter: "Happy Statehood Day to the people of Sikkim. In organic farming and choosing the route of sustainable development, Sikkim has set an example for the rest of the country. All of Sikkim's citizens have my warmest wishes for ongoing growth and prosperity." 

Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu said in his welcome to the people, "On the occasion of Sikkim's Statehood Day, greetings! I just visited Sikkim and was enchanted by the state's beautiful natural beauty, rich culture, and welcoming people. Sikkim's organic farming efforts are extremely commendable. My sincerest wishes for the state's development." 

Prime Minister Modi said in a tweet, "Warm greetings from Sikkim to my sisters and brothers. Sikkim's citizens have excelled in a variety of professions and are making significant contributions to national advancement. May the state's citizens be rewarded with happiness and health."
