Mahindra & Mahindra has raised the pricing of a number of its vehicles, with increases ranging from $12,000 to 30,000. The most significant increase is in the pricing of the freshly released Bolero Neo SUV.

The Bolero Neo SUV's price has been increased by up to 30,000 rupees by Mahindra. The SUV was priced from Rs. 8.48 lakh (ex-showroom, pan India) to Rs. 10.69 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-spec trim Bolero Neo N10 (O) with Multi Terrain function.
The pricing of the Mahindra Bolero Neo N10 (O) has been hiked to ten lakh rupees (ex-showroom), while the price of the N4 version has been increased to eight lakh rupees (ex-showroom). Along with the Bolero Neo SUV, Mahindra has raised the pricing of the Scorpio SUV and the Marazzo MPV, both of which are due for a makeover soon. The MPV's price has risen by between 12,000 and 14,000 dollars, while the Scorpio's S11 version will cost up to $22,000 more.

In July of this year, Mahindra introduced the 2021 Bolero Neo, which is just a renamed version of the TUV300. With measurements of 3995mm in length, 1795mm in width, and 1817mm in height, the SUV is comparable to the TUV300. The Bolero Neo has a 2,680 mm wheelbase and a 160 mm minimum ground clearance. It rides on 15-inch wheels and claims to keep the DNA of the original Bolero SUV, which is famed for its toughness on rough and poor roads.

Bolero Neo N10 (O) is the top-spec trim, and it comes with the same 1.5-litre mHawk diesel engine as the other versions. It has a max torque of 260 Nm and can produce 100 horsepower. A five-speed manual transmission is connected to the engine. The Mahindra Bolero Neo SUV is the only sub-four-meter automobile with a manual lock differential, or Multi Terrain Technology as Mahindra puts it. It competes with vehicles such as the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Nissan Magnite, and Renault Kiger.

On the inside, the Bolero Neo offers basic features like a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system, semi-digital instrument console, cruise control, rear parking assist among others. The safety features include dual airbags, ABS and corner braking control (CBC) and more. It also has independent front and multi-link rear suspension, both with coil springs and stabilizer bars.
