PM Modi said, 'There was a lot of discussion about the farmers' movement in the House, whatever was said was told about the movement but the original thing was not discussed.' He further said, 'Former PM Deve Gowda also appreciated the efforts of the government, as well as suggestions. During this time, PM Modi read Chaudhary Charan Singh's statement in the House, 'If the sense of farmers is taken, then 33 per cent of the farmers have less than 2 bighas, 18 per cent of those who are called farmers have 2-4 bighas of land. is. No matter how hard he works, he cannot pass on his land.'

With this, he said in his address, 'Currently, those who have less than 1 hectare of land are 68% farmers. 86 percent farmers have less than 2 hectares of land. We have to put 12 crore farmers at the centre of our schemes.' In his further address, he said: 'It is necessary to warn against the all-round attack on India's nationalism. India's nationalism is neither narrow, nor selfish, nor aggressive.
