London: after Prince’s death, the former band “The Revolution” will come together to tribute the star. The singer Prince passed away last week at 57.

The Revolution, which involves Bobby Z, Brown Mark, Matt Fink, Wendy Melvoin and Lisa Coleman, have introduced plans for some live shows to memorize the "Raspberry Beret" hit maker, reported Female First.

Brown posted a video on Facebook, Wendy said, "We have decided, after spending three or four days together now grieving over the loss of Prince, that we would like to come out and do some shows."

The group formed in 1979 by Prince while his backing band and played on his critically-acclaimed "Purple Rain" album, have been jointly in Minnesota to remember the late singer.
