47 percent of participants said they had faced a crisis or traumatic conditions during work in the past 12 months, and 31 percent said they were abused, threatened or beaten by colleagues, clients or customers. 3 out of 5 people said they have been experiencing poor mental health for the past 12 months because their employer failed to rectify unsafe working conditions. Not only that, according to the report, a lot of working people are facing violence, torture and poor working conditions at work.
