Mumbai: The girl who was gang-raped in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, died on Tuesday morning. A Dalit girl died during treatment at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. After this incident, the Modi government and Yogi government are now being targeted by the opposition. Shiv Sena MP Priyanka Chaturvedi has attacked Union Minister Smriti Irani raising this issue.

Priyanka Chaturvedi wrote in her tweet that 'the silence of Uttar Pradesh MP, who is also the Minister for Women and Child Development, is worrisome. Hopefully, they would have got the information about the news and they would have also ordered strict action. In another tweet, Priyanka wrote that 'painful! All the accused of this unfortunate incident, which has crossed the limits of cruelty, should be severely punished, this is a demand from the government.
