Lucknow: A period of political rhetoric has begun on the alleged detention of Congress leader Saifuddin Soz of Jammu and Kashmir. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, National General Secretary of the Congress Party, tweeted from her official Twitter account, "Saifuddin Soz Saheb has played a big role in strengthening the processes of Indian democracy. By treating her like a prisoner, the BJP government is crushing democracy."

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra further wrote, 'dictatorship has been in existence in Jammu and Kashmir for a year. I want to remind the government that India is a democratic republic. ' It is noteworthy that since August 5 last year, Saifuddin Soz is not being allowed out of the house. Saifuddin Soz says that she has been kept under house arrest. Saifuddin Soz's son Salman has alleged that the government has told lies in the Supreme Court. She is under house arrest. However, the top court was informed by the Jammu and Kashmir administration that there is no restriction on the motion of the former Union Minister.

Government spokesman Rohit Kansal said that there is no question of lying and Soz is a free man. Jammu and Kashmir administration spokesman Rohit Kansal has said, 'Saifuddin Soz former MP and minister is not under arrest or under house arrest. She has gone to Delhi two times in October and December. Wherever she can go anywhere with normal security. There is no question of lying in the Honorable Supreme Court.'
