New Delhi: Congress Party National General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has hit out at the Modi government over the corona vaccine. He tweeted, "Vaccine production capacity in May was 8.5 crore while vaccine production stood at 7.94 crore". On the other hand, 6.1 crore people were vaccinated.

Priyanka further wrote in her tweet that "In June, the government has claimed to have produced 12 crore vaccines. Priyanka Gandhi questioned, "Has the productivity of both the vaccine companies increased by 40%?" Where did the vaccine budget cost Rs.35,000 crores? Andher Vaccine Policy, Chaupat Raja. Earlier, Priyanka Vadra had said, "Today, on an average, 19 lakh people in the country are getting vaccinated every day. The central government's lax vaccine policy has left vaccine distribution".

Earlier, Priyanka had scathing attack on the government over the vaccine on Wednesday as well. Sheme had said that India is the highest vaccine producing country in the world. Even then, only 3.4 percent of the people in the country have been fully vaccinated. Who is responsible for India's confused vaccination programme?
