HYDERABAD: In Pro Kabaddi League 9, the Bengal Warriors defeated the Bangalore Bulls 41-38 on Wednesday in Hyderabad. For the majority of the second half, the Warriors were behind but managed to inflict an all out just before the final buzzer to secure a stunning victory.

Maninder Singh, the captain of the Bengal Warriors, described their approach as follows: "In the second half, we tried to catch each Bengaluru player individually. On a single raid, we didn't have to capture two or three people. Shrikant played really well, and as a result, we prevailed in the match." The captain voiced assurance in his team's chances of making the playoffs. With 48 points, the squad is currently in fifth place.

Maninder remarked, "We are driven to compete in every game because we want to prevail. In the game versus Bengaluru, Shrikant Jadhav gave me a lot of encouragement. Shrikant's success is fantastic for the team because that is what we had intended for him to do. Our raiding team has a fantastic lineup. The stress of needing to qualify for the playoffs is not felt by us. In some way or another, we'll make the playoffs." K. Baskaran, the Bengal Warriors' head coach, said: "Before playing the Bengaluru Bulls, we practised our defence.

The defenders now communicate well with one another and have developed into a composed group. Girish was also instructed to make more forceful tackles." Games on Saturday: The Bengal Warriors will be looking to build on their recent success when they play U Mumba. The Warriors will face a significant challenge from the raiders Guman Singh and Ashish, though.

The Puneri Paltan, who have won four straight games, will be facing the Telugu Titans, who will be trying to pick up another victory in front of their home crowd.

The contest between U.P. Yoddhas and Patna Pirates will be a nail-biter because both teams won their prior games. Yoddhas raider Pardeep Narwal will spearhead the attack, but the Pirates will rely on raider Sachin to push them over the finish line.
