Hyderabad: In their first match of the seventh season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), the Jaipur Pink Panthers defeated U-Mumba by 42-23 on Monday. This is U-Mumba's first defeat in two matches. Deepak Hooda of Jaipur scored a double achievement in this match. He completed the Super-10 for the 25th time in PKL. He also completed 600 red points in the league.

Jaipur was leading by 22-9 in the first half of the game. The team continued their impressive performance in the second half. For Jaipur, Deepak Hooda scored 11, Nitin Rawal seven and Deepak Narwal six points. The team got 25 from the Reds, 11 from tackles and six points from the all-out.

Abhishek Singh scored seven points while Dong Jion scored six points for the team. Munba's Rohit Balyan has completed 500 red points in the league. The team got 18 points from the Reds and five points from tackles.  The next match will be played between the UP Warriors and the Bengal Warriors on July 24.
