Kochi: The Kerala Police on Monday said they have started investigating a viral video in which a boy is purportedly seen shouting provocative slogans at the Popular Front of India (PFI) march. Police said, "The video came to our notice yesterday itself and we are investigating where it happened. A video of a minor boy allegedly shouting provocative slogans in the PFI march is going viral on social media.''
After a video of a minor shouting provocative slogans during a PFI rally in Kerala went viral, BJP spokesperson Tom Vadakkan on Monday said Kerala was on its way to becoming the "Kashmir of the first". Vadakkan also attacked the Left Democratic Front government in the state and the Congress, alleging that they get political support from the PFI, especially at the Panchayat level. He said the PFI used the boy to raise the slogan against Hindus and Christians that "they should prepare for their last rites".
BJP state unit spokesperson Vadakkan further said, "We have heard this many times before Kashmiri Pandits were killed in Kashmir and have also heard it from the mouth of the Tukde-Tukde gang. It is also said in many demonstrations of an anti-national nature. "It is a sad but true fact that Kerala is on its way to becoming the previous Kashmir.''
