A case of cyber robbery of Rs 94 crore 42 lakh has been revealed in Pune by hacking data of COSMOS Bank headquarters. A case has been registered in Chaturasringi police station, including crime branch of Pune city and cyber cell. In this case, Hong Kong's ALM Trading Limited Company has been named as accused.

According to the complaint lodged in the police station, this robbery took place on Saturday between 3 pm and 10 pm. It is astonishing that the bank account holders have withdrawn money from their account without any information. 

In this regard, when the accountants complained, the bank started scrutiny. On the basis of the complaint, the bank officials did not find any kind of transaction if they opened the record. After that, the cyber robberies were suspected and there was a complaint in the cyber cell. 

According to the police, the bank's headquarters hacked the information of the VISA and Rupee Debit Card was stolen and 78 million rupees were withdrawn. In fact, hackers attacked the payment system through the debit card of Cosmos Bank. Through this, two and a half million transactions were carried out in India by 2849 times. 

According to the police, after the cyber robbery from Cosmos Bank, money was deposited by Swift Messaging System in Hanson Bank's LM trading company in Hong Kong and after depositing 13 million 92 lakhs out of them were taken out. In this way, the total robbery of Rs 94 crore 42 lakh was made from Cosmos Bank. 

Cosmos Bank is the oldest co-operative bank, which was established in 1906. In 1997 the bank's multistate status was restored. Its 140 branches are multistate. The bank has 20 million account holders and 79 thousand share holders. The annual turnover of Cosmos Bank is 18 thousand crores. The cyber robbery in such a large bank has created a stir in the account holders.
