Chandigarh: Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sidhu has once again done something that seems to be embroiled in controversy. In fact, while talking to the media in Chandigarh, Sidhu said something that is likely to create a controversy. In fact, Sidhu was replying to a question on the distribution of labour cards by the state government. In the meantime, his tongue slipped and he used abusive words. In the meantime, he said, "If the Congress returns to the state once again, the urban labourers will be given employment guarantee. The model of MGNREGA will also provide employment in cities. Under this, skilled and unskilled labourers will be provided employment equally. Meanwhile, answering a question, Sidhu's tongue slipped and he hurled abuses (Navjot Singh Sidhu cuss word). Sidhu was then seen laughing. While Punjab Congress President Charanjeet Singh Channi was talking about the government's schemes, journalists questioned Sidhu about the labor card being distributed by the state government.

In response to this question, he talked about the scheme being run by the Channi government and while talking he got abusive. He said, 'I am saying that our scheme is not that. Our urban guarantee is, someone has given a guarantee. After this, Navjot Singh Sidhu was further seen saying, 'For the last 25 years, we have mentioned the rich, but during this time no one was mentioned about the laborers. These will now be mentioned under the Punjab model. Welfare schemes will be prepared for the workers. He said that this morning he reached Madanpura Chowk in Mohali, on reaching here, he found that the laborers have not been registered yet. Money is being collected from the laborers for the labor card. But this will not happen in the Punjab model.
