The counting of votes has started from 8 am today i.e. on Thursday and in the initial trends, the Aam Aadmi Party is ahead. With this, Captain Amarinder Singh is trailing behind the Aam Aadmi Party candidate by about 5000 votes from the Patiala Urban's seat.

On the other hand, Speaker Rana's P is behind Harjot Bains (Aam Aadmi Party) in the fourth round by 10 thousand votes. Parkash Singh Badal, the country's oldest candidate and five-time Chief Minister of Punjab, is trailing by 1400 votes after the second round from the Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Lambi assembly constituency.
