Ludhiana: A painful accident took place today in Punjab on the occasion of Dussehra. On Sunday, three people were injured when a boiler of a textile dyeing factory exploded at Eddy Ding in Geeta Colony on Tajpur Road, Ludhiana. The explosion of the boiler was so bad that even the nearby houses were shaken. On the spot relief work is going on, the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

According to the information received, the incident took place on Sunday morning. Giving information, ASI Dalit Singh has told that 3 people got minor injuries, at the moment he is fine. Only after technical investigation will we be able to find out what happened. According to locals, the factory walls and roof collapsed due to a loud explosion in the boiler. Along with this, the surrounding buildings have also suffered a lot of damage. The roofs of many houses were blown up.

According to media reports, an iron ladder fell on the 11,000 voltage tower due to the explosion, which also injured many workers. Police have reached the spot and started investigation, the injured have been rushed to the district hospital. Fear of loss of crores of rupees due to factory explosion has been expressed.
