Punjab Police players are in red jerseys and Punjab National Bank players are present in white jerseys.

In the video, Punjab Police players are seen as more aggressive. They are chasing PNB players with a hockey stick in hand. A PNB player has fallen to the ground and is seen beating him with a hockey stick. However, the match continued later and 8-8 players from both teams were on the field. PNB won the bout 6-3. Angered by the players' behavior, Indian Olympic Association President Narinder Batra has demanded strict action against the teams and their management.
