Amritsar: Punjab Police has registered an FIR against 150 unidentified people in connection with the security lapse of PM Narendra Modi. This FIR has been registered under section 283 of IPC. Explain that there is a provision in this section that if any person causes obstruction in a public road (public-way) or waterway, which will cause trouble for the vehicle to pass; Blocks any public road causing inconvenience to the person; By means of any type of vehicle or vessels, who obstructs public roads or rivers or waters, causing inconvenience to the public, he shall be fined up to Rs.200.

The point to be noted here is that while the Punjab Police is treating this as a mere road blockade, the central security agencies are investigating the matter as a serious case of a lapse in the security of the Prime Minister. In this regard, the Ministry of Home Affairs has asked the Punjab Administration to inform about all the preparations made for the security of the PM on that day. Meanwhile, the FIR by Channi Sarkar has caught everyone's attention, in which the Punjab Police has not even taken the name of security lapse anywhere. There is also no mention in the FIR that PM Modi's convoy was stopped due to the presence of political party workers, protesters or organizations.

In the FIR, the statement of DSP Mahendra of Punjab Police is there. It is written in it that, 'On reaching the Krishi Bhawan road located at Ferozepur-Moga, I came to know that some unidentified people have blocked the route where the movement of VIPs was. These people wanted to participate in the rally. All this happened around 2:30-3:00. When I went to the police station, there was a demonstration there. It is also worth noting that there is no name of any farmer union or organization anywhere in this entire FIR, while Baldev Zeera, general secretary of Bharatiya Kisan Union himself has claimed that the farmers did not want PM Modi in Punjab. The rally, so the convoy was stopped. Along with this, other members of the same organization have also taken the responsibility of stopping the PM's convoy.
