Chandigarh: Four armed robbers plundered 30 kg of gold from a financial services company in Punjab's industrial city, Ludhiana. Police gave information in this regard on Monday. Police said that the robbery was reported around 11 am in India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL) company on Gill Road. This incident has also been captured in CCTV.

The miscreants tied the company's employees to the rope and within 20 minutes robbed gold worth crores of rupees and escaped from the spot. The value of the stolen gold is said to be around 12 crores. There is a criminal investigation agency office right in front of where the crime happened. Police Commissioner Rakesh Aggarwal told the media that the IIFL staff sounded the alarm when the miscreants ran away.
