Amritsar: Khalistani activities have been increasing in Punjab for some time, for which the state's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-led government is surrounded by questions. Meanwhile, the news of a blast has come to the fore in the Tarn Taran district of the state. It is being told that a police station has been attacked here with a rocket launcher. The policemen posted at the police station have narrowly escaped the attack. The police station building has been damaged. Now the police have started searching for the attackers. The incident is being told of 9-10 December 2022 at around 1 am. In this case, the teams of NIA and IB have also started investigating.

According to reports, the incident is of Sarhali police station. It is being told that an atmosphere of chaos was created due to the sudden crash of the launcher with the police station building in the night. According to reports, the attack was carried out with a rocket launcher elsewhere. Diverting from some other target, the launcher first hit the police station gate and then the pillar. In the language of experts, it is called an RPG attack, which is considered very dangerous. According to another report, the Sarhali police station is adjacent to the Pakistan border. Due to the late night, the staff and general public in the police station were negligible. This attack transpired from inside the Indian border. However, the weapon used in the attack is suspected to have come from Pakistan. In the video coming out, the glasses of the police station have been shattered.
