Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is seeking applications for recruitment to a total of 585 posts of Head Master / Head Mistress, Principal and Block Primary Education Officer (BPEO) under School Education Department of the state government. The online applications for these posts have started from yesterday, 23 October and interested candidates will be able to apply through the official portal, ppsc.gov.in till 2 November 2020.

Starting date for application: 23 October 2020
Last date for application: 2 November 2020

Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
Head Master / Head Mistress - Bachelor and B.Ed Degree with minimum 55% marks. Three Year Teaching Experience. Age range from 18 years to 37 years.

Principal - Bachelor and B.Ed Degree with minimum 50% marks. Three Year Teaching Experience. Age range from 18 years to 37 years.

Block Primary Education Officer (BPEO) - Graduation with minimum 50% marks and B.Ed degree or two-year D.El.D. Three Year Teaching Experience. Age range from 18 years to 37 years.

How to apply:
PPSC can be done on the online commission portal for the posts of Head Master / Head Mistress, Principal and Block Primary Education Officer (BPEO), for which direct links are given below.

Application fee:
At the same time, the candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 3000 while applying. However, the application fee for SC / ST candidates of Punjab will be Rs 1125, Rs 1750 for Divyang and Rs 500 for ex-servicemen candidates.
