Ingredients for making gourd chana dal-
1 gourd (finely chopped)
1 cup chana dal (soaked)
1-1 tsp cumin seeds and coriander powder
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 leaves, 1 tomato (chopped)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

For the mole:
1-1 tsp oil and cumin seeds
2 whole red peppers

Method of making gourd chana dal- To make gourd chana dal, first of all, add gourd, soaked chana dal, 1/4 cup water, salt and turmeric powder in the pressure cooker and cook till 2 whistles. Now turn off the heat after that. Now open the cooker and mix all the remaining ingredients and cook until 1 whistle comes. Then take off the flame. Now heat oil in a pan and apply cumin seeds, red chilli powder and whole red chilli seeds. After this, add the dal from the top and mix well. Finally, garnish with green coriander and serve. We are sure that this dal will be liked by everyone in your house and the one who eats it will not forget its taste after eating it.
