Mirzapur: Devotees visiting Maa Vindhyavasini will also have the opportunity to enjoy the ropeway ride this Navratri. Purvanchal's first ropeway has been completed. It is expected that CM Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate it in Navratri. The number of tourists in Vindhyachal will increase after the inauguration of Ropeway. People will get to see the view of Vindhya hills.

Lakhs of devotees from all corners of India come to Maa Vindhyavasini, Ashram and Kalilkhoh hill. After the darshan of Maa Kali on the Kalikhoh Mountain, 135 ladders have to be climbed to visit temple of Ashbhuji Devi. Foreign devotees also visit to see the panoramic view of the scene. The first ropeway of Purvanchal in the Vindhya Hills has been completed.

The rope-way construction agreement with a New Delhi company was signed in 2014. Now, about six years later, the ropeway is ready. It can be launched during this Navratri. With the construction of rope on PPP model on behalf of the Tourism Department, devotees will not have to walk for hours on the high hill route for darshan in Ashram and Kalikhoh. It will take only two minutes to reach the Kalikhoh temple from the 265-metre high ropeway. The devotees are now very anxious for it.
