US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin met on Monday in Finland's capital Helsinki. With Putin, Trump spent more than two hours talking. After the talks, at the Joint Press Conference, both the leaders forgot the old bitterness and made a fresh relation. Both expressed hope that the ongoing tension between the two superpowers of the world will be reduced.

In a shared statement, Trump said that "We now have a lot of good things to talk about. We have talked on many issues like Trade, Army, Missile, Nuclear Weapons, China. Due to American mistakes, there were a few bitter relations between the two countries. I think this conversation will now create extraordinary relationships between the two countries."

Trump said that Syria's problem was a complex issue between the two countries. Cooperation between the two countries has the potential to save thousands of lives. Russia's President Putin described the conversation with Trump as successful and beneficial. He said that the cold war is now a thing of the past. Trump and I hope that we will now understand each other better.

Putin on the news of Russia's intervention in the 2016 US presidential election, "Trump had said that Russia had a hand in it, but I clearly told That Russia was not fully involved in it." 

Putin said that Russia did not interfere in the internal affairs of America nor did it have any such intention in the future. During a joint press conference, Trump gave Russia a clean chit and said that there is no scope for suspicion of in this matter. The CIA chief told Russia guilty, but he was not convinced. Putin dismissed this with complete confidence. There is no reason to suspect them. 

Putin presented the FIFA World Cup football to Trump, saying, 'The ball is now in your court.' After this, the American President spawned football for his wife Melania Trump. The United States, Canada and Mexico will jointly host the 23rd FIFA World Cup to be held in 2026. At the same time, Trump congratulated Putin for the World Cup's grand event. 

Putin said that all the obstacles are not far away. There are some challenges left. However, we have taken the first necessary steps by having a good conversation. Being a nuclear power-rich nation, it is the responsibility of maintaining international security in Russia and the United States.
