In the quarterfinals of the Singapore Open Superseries tournament yesterday the Indian Ace shuttler P.V Sindhu lost when she was defeated by the World No. 3 Carolina Marin.
The World No. 5 Sindhu was beaten by Marin by 11-21, 15-21 and now has booked her place in the semi-final matches.
At the starting of the match the Sindhu started off well but later on in the first set she was beaten up. The same thing was followed in the second set too where she was again beaten off.
