Mumbai: Mumbai Zonal Director of narcotics control bureau (NCB) Sameer Wankhede has been the target of political parties since he arrested Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in a drugs case. NCP leader and Maharashtra government minister Nawab Malik is making new allegations daily against Wankhede. Now, after Nawab Malik's claim to be associated with the Nikah of Sameer Wankhede, a qazi has now come to light.

Qazi Muzammil Ahmed has claimed that it was he who got Sameer Wankhede and Shabana married. He said the Nikahnama presented by NCP leader Nawab Malik is real. Qazi Mujammil Ahmed said that I got both of them married, Nikahnama is absolutely correct. Sameer, Shabana (alleged first wife), father were all Muslims at that time. Qazi said, 'If Sameer were a Hindu, there would have been no nikah. Because according to Sharia, this cannot happen. Qazi does not go against Sharia and direct nikah. Whatever he says today, Sameer was a Muslim at that time.'

In the Maharashtra government, Minister Nawab Malik had issued his alleged 'Nikahnama' accusing Mumbai Zonal Director of narcotics control bureau (NCB) Sameer Wankhede. Nawab Malik wrote in his tweet, 'Sameer Dawood Wankhede and Shabana Qureshi were married on Thursday, December 7, 2006, at 8 pm. The nikah took place at Lokhandwala Complex in Mumbai's Andheri (West).'
