Three new processors from the phone core-processing company, Qualcomm, were announced on the 4G:5G Summit in Hong Kong yesterday on 17^th October 2016. The processors are for the mid price range phone and are named- Snapdragon 653, Snapdragon 626 and Snapdragon 427.

In the summit, the processor were said to be designed for “Supporting enhanced user experiences and connectivity for high performance and high volume mobile devices”. They will perform better and efficiently to give a good performance just like their predecessors.

Also a helping hand has been extended by them towards the new dual camera setup that was by now only limited to the Snapdragon 800 processor. And all three processor support the Qualcomm’s Quick Charging 3.0 technology and will be launched by 2017.
