Who does not know the famous actress of Tollywood, Ramya Krishnan in today's time. She always remains in the discussions due to some reason. She is not able to wait anymore to start shooting for the second season of her hit web series 'Queen'. When 'Queen' was released last year, her character reminded the audience to the late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J. Jayalalithaa. In a black and red border white plain saree and gol bindi, she is seen as a heroine, who goes from a filmstar to a top politician.
Ramya told IANS, you are free to understand (that the web series is inspired by Jayalalithaa's life). The director said the same thing to me. But she says that this is not her story. The actress said, "It is based on a book by Anita Sivakumarananitha. I loved its (web series) likeness (with Jayalalithaa's story) and I love the late Chief Minister for her courage and being the real queen."
Ramya said, "She (Shakti) is not a politician in the series yet. But this happens as the season progresses. I enjoyed doing it, especially in the interview part, I liked the way the questions were asked and their responses were written. " Work is going on in 'Queen' season 2 and she is excited about it. Till then, viewers can watch the first season of 'Queen' on Zee TV from June 6.
