Today we have brought a very easy and wonderful recipe for you, which will only make your mouth water after seeing it. Today we have brought the recipe for making jackfruit biryani. 

Ingredients for making jackfruit biryani -
250 grams jackfruit (chopped large)
2 cups rice (soaked 1 hour)
1 cup yoghurt
100 grams Coriander-Pudina
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
3 onions (finely cut into lengths)
1 carrot (chopped)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon porridge cumin
1 bay leaf
1 cinnamon
1 large cardamom
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoons garlic-ginger paste
2-3 green chillies (chopped long)
1 cucumber flower
4-5 round peppers
1 mace
1 cup oil
2 tablespoons Ghee

First roast cumin, black pepper, mace, cucumber, bay leaf, cinnamon, big cardamom and small cardamom and grind it. After this, put coriander-mint, curd and green chillies in the grinder and grind it finely. Now put jackfruit, curd, garam masala, all dried spices, green chillies, coriander-mint paste, garlic-ginger paste, salt, lemon juice, carrot, tomato and a little oil in a big pot and mix it well.

After this, put the cooker on the gas. Heat oil in it. Cook till the onion turns light brown. Now remove jackfruit mixture from the fridge and put it in oil, if needed add some water and cook the jackfruit. Now take it off the flame and cool it. After this, again add rice to it, mix the rice with the spices and add water as per the need, and put it on the gas and cook till 1 whistle.
