Debutant singer Rahul Batra is a big name in the singers. Rahul is famous for singing Jagjit Singh's cover songs. While he started his singing career with the cover of Jagjit Singh's most popular song 'Koi Fariyad', Rahul came into the limelight as soon as the song came out.

Recently Rahul came to attend the Indian Fiesta event held in Mumbai where he spellbound everyone with his sweet voice. Rahul sang 'Sanson ki Jaroorat Ho Jaise' from the film Aashiqui, which everyone remembers. Not only this, but Rahul also sang 'Hosh waalo ko Khabar kya'. He got a very good response from the people who came to the party.

Rahul Batra, known for his soulful voice that matches that of legendary singer Jagjit Singh, when asked how to compare him,  Rahul Batra said, "When people compare my voice with veteran does this to Jagjit Singh I feel honoured. I thank God for giving me this voice, but at the same time, it makes me realize my responsibility".

Rahul has released his first song 'Tujhko Dhoondh Raha Hoon' with Zee Music, sung and written by him. On huge demand from the public, he is working on making Jagjit Singh Medley and working on a new Punjabi romantic number, which is set to release soon. Apart from this, we will soon see him as a playback singer in Bollywood.
