New Delhi: The election phase is going on in the country, in the meantime, once again Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while supporting the agitators, said that the Modi government is trying to crush their satyagraha. Rahul Gandhi tweeted, "Bapu's Dandi March practice is being practiced by the farmers of India today." The anti-farmer Modi government, like the British rule, is crushing the satyagraha. Satyagraha will win, not arrogance. The farmers' organizations have been agitating on the borders of Delhi for more than three months. The agitators are demanding the withdrawal of three new agricultural laws.

Rahul Gandhi also criticized the Modi government in two other posts today. He said in a Facebook post, Gandhiji's Dandi March gave a clear message of freedom to the whole world. He also said, 'India is going at a speed in the grip of totalitarian forces led by the RSS. In such a situation, we must reiterate our personal commitment to collective freedom. Let us take guidance from Gandhi's example and continue the march towards independence. Jai Hind.'

78 people started the Dandi March from 12 March 1930, proclaiming the 'Salt Satyagraha' under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi. The former Congress president blamed that the students wanted jobs, but the government was giving them police poles, water splashes, 'anti-national tag', and unemployment. Congress launched a social media campaign on the employment issue with the hashtag 'Students Want Jobs.'
