Amethi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi is in the news amid corona epidemic. He has recently sent 10,000 kits of medicines to patients undergoing treatment for infection by staying in isolation. Earlier former MPs from Amethi have also sent oxygen compressors and oxygen cylinders to the district. In fact, Congress President Pradeep Singhal has recently informed about this. He said that the medicine kit contains essential corona treatment medicines which will be made available to the needy in consultation with doctors.
At the same time, he said, "On the directions of former Amethi MP Rahul Gandhi and Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, 10,000 home isolation treatment kits sent by the State Congress Committee to the district have come to the District Congress Committee office. These kits have been supplied under seva satyagraha. The kit will be made available to the needy through Block Presidents, Nyaya Panchayat Presidents and Gram Sabha Chairpersons in accordance with the consultation of doctors.''
Let us also inform you that 20 concentrators and 20 oxygen cylinders sent by Rahul Gandhi are reaching out to the needy in collaboration with "Congress Coweed Care Amethi Helpline". In such a situation, the medicine kits will also reach the needy/helpless. Talking about Rahul Gandhi, he lost the 2019 general election to BJP candidate Smriti Irani from Amethi Lok Sabha seat. He is now an MP from Wayanad (Kerala).
