New Delhi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has blamed the Modi government for the growing corona infection in the country. He alleged that the government did not take appropriate steps to tackle the epidemic and whatever warning was issued was ignored. Rahul Gandhi said this during an interview. Rahul said the way corona has shown its havoc in India has shocked the whole world.

Rahul Gandhi said there is a line everywhere in the country. There are queues for oxygen, somewhere for medicines, somewhere for beds, even outside the crematorium. Rahul said the government ignored whatever earlier warning was issued about the epidemic. On the second wave of the corona, the Congress leader said, "This is not a wave. This is the tsunami that ruined everything. There are never-ending lines everywhere. There are queues for oxygen cylinders. The cylinder is lined up to get the refill done. The drugs are lined up. Hospitals are lined up for beds outside. And now there is a line for the funeral outside the crematorium too."

He further said, "We have a shortage of everything to deal with corona. Delhi's best hospitals are also filling up fast. The country's doctors are demanding oxygen. Petitions for oxygen are being filed in the courts. Our healthcare workers are seeing patients dying before their eyes. They are unable to save people's lives. India has now become an epicenter of the coronavirus. The whole world is shaken by the condition of India."
