Chennai: Targeting PM Narendra Modi on the third day of his campaign in Tamil Nadu, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that what PM Modi has done in the last 6-7 years shows a weak, divided India today. He also attacked the central government over the agricultural law.

In Karur in Tamil Nadu, he said that India is visible where the ideology of the BJP and RSS continues to spread hatred across the country, our greatest power, our economy has collapsed. Rahul said that our youth are no longer able to get jobs and it is not their fault. This is the result of the work done by our PM. Rahul said PM Modi has brought in three new agricultural laws which will destroy Indian agriculture and hand over agriculture to two-three big industrialists. A law clearly said that farmers cannot go to court to protect themselves.

Earlier, Rahul Gandhi had earlier alleged on Sunday that Chinese troops have occupied Indian areas and that the persons possessing "56-inch chest" cannot even take the name of the neighbouring country. He said Modi is running the country's rule for only five or six entrepreneurs. On the campaign in western districts, the Congress leader said that the Modi government is not for farmers, labourers or micro, small or medium-class entrepreneurs who are the destiny of the country.
