New Delhi: Former Congress National President Rahul Gandhi has attacked the government over rising inflation in the country. Rahul Gandhi tweeted his Twitter targeting the Centre over the hike in prices of petrol, diesel and other food items. In his tweet, Rahul wrote, "The process of unlocking is starting in many states. While paying bills at petrol pumps, you will see a growth in inflation by the Modi government. The waves of the tax collection epidemic are constantly increasing".

It may be recalled that Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has been attacking the Modi government these days over several issues amid the epidemic. From oxygen shortages to vaccination campaigns, Rahul has been asking the Centre for answers to many questions. At the same time, he had recently appealed to the public to raise the demand for free vaccination. On the other hand, the rising price of petrol and diesel in the country has upset the general public. There are 135 districts in the country where the price of petrol has crossed Rs 100. The price of petrol in Mumbai has crossed 101 per litre and diesel is priced at Rs 94. Petrol is also being sold at Rs 95.03 and diesel at Rs 86.22 per litre in the capital Delhi.

Meanwhile, with the decline in corona cases, the process of unlocking has begun in several states and cities, including the national capital, Delhi, today. Although the process started on June 1, most activities have been exempted from today.
