Lockdown is going to be implemented in Raigarh for one week on 17th August

Raigad: 7 days lockdown has been announced in Raigad district of Chhattisgarh. This decision has been taken in view of the growing corona cases in the district. Regarding this, new guidelines have also been released by the district collector. Employees have been given permission to come and work in the office, while all government offices will remain closed for the public. All the religious places including the temple, mosque, gurudwara and church are going to remain closed in the lockdown. Also, banks and media are excluded from it.

During the lockdown, all the shops in the district will remain closed, permission has been given to open shops this Sunday. So that people can buy essentials. Also, services of public transport such as e-rickshaws, bus taxis and private buses are going to remain closed in the lockdown. During this period, only the essential goods will be transported within the limits of the district. The boundaries of the district have also been closed for commercial transport.

Some necessary guidelines have been given to open factories in the district. Factory owners will have to make arrangements for living within the plant. Also, if anyone is found corona positive in the plant, then the company owner will have to bear all the expenses.
