Northern Railway has banned WhatsApp chatting of employees during the work. According to media reports, the Railways have implemented this rule to curb the on-going train accidents. Circular has been issued for this. This Circular has been issued by the Delhi Division of Northern Railway. 

It will be implemented in all the zones of the country soon.
These rules have been implemented by Northern Railway. Media reports indicate that soon all the railway zones across the country will implement this rule. After this rule, the train guard, station master, ticket collector, point man, gateman, whoever will work in the Northern Railway Zone, will not run the Whatsapp. 

Rule breakers will face strict action

Railways have warned that even after the implementation of this rule, any railway officer or employee who was seen chatting on Whatsapp, would be subjected to strict action. 

The number of trains on the Delhi Howrah main railroad is so high that the accident is fixed as soon as the sight is ignored, in such a way, the attention of the drivers will be not there while driving. Chief Public Relations Officer Gaurav Krishna Bansal said that these instructions were issued by Northern Railway to overcome accidents in future.
