New Delhi: A special train will run on the lines of Tejas on the Delhi-Doon route before Kumbh 2021 to be held in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. This train will go from Delhi to Haridwar to Dehradun. This was discussed in a meeting between CM Trivendra Rawat and Railway Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday. According to the information, the train will be started before Kumbh 2021 on getting the path.

During the meeting held in Delhi on Friday, a discussion was done on strengthening the rail network in Uttarakhand and speeding up rail works. After the meeting, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal said that it has been discussed with Chief Minister Trivendra to connect Chardham with Kumbh and Rail routes to be held in Haridwar. With this, talks were held on several other new rail lines.
