New Delhi: You may be seeing mercury rising in many states of the country on the one hand but the rain has also come on the other. Now, today is 19th March, but seasonal changes are taking place every day. In fact, the rain is being estimated on behalf of the Met department continuously. Recently, the Met department has said that the western disturbance over the hilly states can be seen in many states. With this, the Met department has predicted rain in the plains with thundering clouds. According to reports, the new Western disturbance may cause mild rain in many parts of Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu, and Kashmir, and north-western Himalayan regions.

At the same time, the Western disturbance is taking effect in several states of North India and its impact is likely to be accompanied by thunderstorms from March 18 to 20. In fact, it is also being reported that there is a western disturbance over Jammu and Kashmir and there is an area of cyclonic winds over West Punjab, Haryana, and Rajasthan. There are chances of cloudy weather in Delhi from today. The maximum temperature in the capital is said to be 34 °c and the minimum temperature may be 16 °c.

Today, rain alert has also been issued in West Bengal, Assam, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh. The Met department says the temperature may rise for the next five days. In addition, heatwave conditions have been predicted in the Saurashtra and Kutch areas of Gujarat.
